Academy Guidelines

Academy Guidelines

Guideline 1: Academy Purpose & Vision

Number76 Academy aims to nurture talented professionals in the beauty industry by providing high-quality education in a warm and respectful environment. Our purpose is to guide students to achieve their full potential and create a positive impact on the beauty industry. We believe in creating a space where kindness, honesty, and politeness are at the core of everything we do.

Guideline 2: Learning Environment

2-1. Respectful and Supportive Atmosphere
We believe that every student deserves a respectful and supportive environment. Our academy encourages collaboration and a positive attitude. Students should always treat each other, staff, and instructors with respect, kindness, and honesty.

2-2. Classroom Etiquette
In the classroom, students are expected to be punctual, attentive, and active participants. We emphasize a culture of cooperation and openness to learning. Asking questions and sharing thoughts are encouraged, but always with respect for others.

2-3. Feedback and Improvement
We believe in continuous growth. Students will receive regular feedback from instructors to help them improve. The goal is to provide constructive and positive guidance that motivates each student to strive for excellence.

Guideline 3: Class Progression & Evaluation

3-1. Class Structure and Progression
At Number76 Academy, we balance theory and practice in every class. We gradually build skills, starting from the basics and progressing to more advanced techniques. Each class follows a clear schedule, and students will receive individual support to ensure they understand and can apply the lessons. The content may be adjusted to fit each student’s learning pace.

3-2. Attendance and Tardiness
Attendance is essential for learning. Students are expected to attend all classes. Missing more than 10% of the total classes may prevent students from earning credits. If you must be absent, please inform us in advance and discuss possible make-up lessons. Being late for class should be avoided, but if necessary, consult with us ahead of time.

3-3. Evaluation
Students will be evaluated based on practical exams, theoretical tests, and their attitude toward learning. Active participation and a positive approach outside of class are important factors in assessments.

3-4. Graduation Requirements
To graduate, students must complete all classes, pass the required practical exams, maintain a 90% attendance rate, and demonstrate a professional attitude. Upon graduation, students will receive a certificate, helping them take the next step in their career.

3-5. Feedback and Growth
Regular feedback will help students grow. Based on feedback from instructors and exams, students will learn where they can improve and where their strengths lie. This feedback is always constructive and focused on supporting your development.
